The Director of Markmyplay recognises the need to adopt high environmental standards in all areas of operation and is committed to working in a sustainable manner that prevents or reduces pollution and ensures the protection of the environment, employees, contractors, customers, and the wider community.
To achieve this, Markmyplay will:
- Maintain and review systems relating to environmental aspects of the business to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Encourage employee involvement in environmental matters through open communication, training, and reporting of environmental performance.
- Set and review environmental objectives on a regular basis to ensure continual improvement. These objectives and targets will be assessed during regular management reviews.

- Source materials responsibly, giving preference to certified, well-managed suppliers and the use of recycled products wherever possible.
- Provide training for employees whose activities may affect the environment, ensuring they understand emergency procedures and the safe handling, use, and maintenance of materials, plant, and equipment.
- Reduce waste by careful selection of raw materials, process control, recycling, and reclaiming materials wherever possible.
- Promote environmental awareness among suppliers and customers to encourage responsible practices across the supply chain.
- Optimise energy use, regularly reviewing systems to ensure energy efficiency.
- Review new technologies and materials to assess their environmental impact before adoption.
